Even in the case of static pages, the personnel who knows and writes the information to publish, in general does not have enough skills in Web graphic design. Moreover, often happens that the publishing of information implies integration with other corporate systems, processes that also must be automated.
i-portaleXpress is a tool for the management of Internet and Intranet portals. Easily adaptable to institution design standards, it can update contents based on information provided by end users and/or external systems. In both cases, HTML pages reside in a database containing variables that are updated in real time: Web server processes are not needed to reinitiate for the information to be on-line. In addition, i-portaleXpress counts with management modules for newsgroups, chats and users registration. Also enables massive and personalized e-mail management, integrated by automatic processes with information that resides in other systems.
